I was just wondering if taking a 1-2 hours long nap make you fatter or affect you in any way in terms of health and body weight coz i usually take a nap everyday after school for 1-2 hours. Is this good or bad and is it recommended?

  1. No

  2. yes eating and laying down can make you gain weight that's not good at all.

  3. Actually, not sleeping makes you gain weight.

  4. Of course not! If you are tired, what are you going to do? Sit on the couch and relax?

But if you are tired, take a nap, and get up and actually do something, then how is that going to make you fat?

Yes taking a short nap (1-2 hours) is recommended. It's very healthy for you.

  5. Taking a nap is great for you. If you feel tired or sleepy after school and you don't take a nap you will end up eating and get fat. So a nap is very healthy and will make you look good :)

  6. If you are going to bed at a decent time, it is actually good for you to take a nap.  Your body is growing, and too little sleep is very bad for you.  If  a nap does not affect your other sleep patterns, by all means you should do it!  It has nothing to do with being fat, food makes you fat.  Just be active in the time that you are awake, and you will be a healthy young woman.
