Does naval hair grow from pubic hair?

I shave my pubic hair but I'd like to grow some naval hair. Should I stop shaving my public hair or what? There is a line of naval hair but it is not noticeable.

I'm fifteen.

  1. i would stop shaving, most girls dont like it when guys shave that young because they might think that u havent finished puberty and have no hair there... lol it might be embarasing

as for the naval hair shaving it isnt going to make it grow darker or faster, it might make it more noticeable because when hair first grows, its very slow so the end of the hair tapers because of age... so if u shave ur navel hair once then it will grow thicker the first time but if u keep shaving it nothing is going to happen

u could try dying it :D

  2. ur lucky, i wish i didnt have my navel hair or chest hair, iam 15 too and u could see it from a mile way, joking but its noticible

but no if u shave ur pubs it wouldnt matter

  3. It just takes time.  I'm not sure if you shave your pubes with a razor blade or if you just trim them, but wouldn't it look weird if you shaved them right off & then there was a trail that ended abruptly at the bottom of your abdomen?  I think it looks best when a trail gradually flows into trimmed & tidy pubes.

PS - Beware:  Belly hair promotes belly button lint!  Seriously, the hair collects fuzz from your shirts & pulls it into your button!

  4. Try shaving the line of navel hair - shaving stimulates the growth of hair, so this could help you grow a "snail trail"...

  5. No, naval hair, or the happy trail for me, starts at the belly button, and slowly winds down towards to my pubic hair.  I am only 14, and I don't know if they will ever connect.  So to answer your question, you can still keep shaving your pubic hair, just stay away from your naval
