Does ne one have ne idea how to lose weight?!?

i need to feel like i need to lose weight! i work out just about everyday but i dont feel like it is helping much!!!! if ne one has ne ideas of how to help i would really be greatful for it!!! :D

  1. Continue to excerise.  Eat a balanced diet.  Low fat high fiber foods.  


  2. Go to your doctor and ask him to prescribe you some Phentermine pills.. its a quick fix, but you need to eat healthy when getting off of it otherwise you'll gain it all back then some....

    You simply need to stay healthy to lose weight.

    Make sure you're not eating too much junk food.

    Craving sugar? Try some fruit.

    Some people need 90 minutes of physical activity a day to lose weight. If you are working out in the same way every day, your body is getting used to your routine and could be preventing weight loss. Try something else, like jump rope or jogging. Something you don't normally do.

    Make sure your getting lots of sleep as well, it will help keep up your health level, and after so much physical activity you'll need sleep.

  4. You need to reduce the number of calories you consume.  Figure out how many you consume normally, then reduce that amount by a 1/3.  I lost 50 pounds last year doing just that.  And keep up the exercise too.

  7. A big factor is what you are eating. You should be consuming around 2,700 calories a day. I would suggest staying away from mcdonalds and other fast food restraunts. Check the labels on all the foods that you are eating and make sure they dont have too much calories in them. If you go over the amount of calories by a lot, run on a treadmill, ride a bike, or just go running. Running is a great, free exercise. Also stay away from pop.

  11. I follow weight watchers every now and again..which is basically eat what you like but eat less of it. Vegetables are your friends..stuff as many of them as you can in your face.  Oil, butter, cheese and fat are evil..don't eat any of them.  take it easy with bread and pasta. (i can have 26 points per day and there's 1.5 points in a slice of bread...see!) I can loose about 7 lbs in 2 weeks (cos of course, it's bad to loose weight too quickly) ... now...fried cheese anyone?

    - eat a lot of vegetables and fruits

    - eat skinless chicken and turkey

    - exercise every day for 45-60 minutes

    And:

    - don't eat bread, potatoes and desserts

    - don't eat fat and junk foods

    - don't eat beef and pork

  14. Have you tried the Atkins's diet? I'm sure everyone and their mom has, but it worked pretty well for me. It puts your body in a state of Ketosis, using fat as energy rather than carbs. Usually drop around 25 lbs in a couple months, but is VERY restricting and can cause you to loose interest and bounce back. Rapid weight loss might not be good for a person, but neither is obesity.. You don't need to buy any brand name diet food, it's very expensive and over processed.

    Don't forget to eat your veggies no matter what diet you are on, you can never eat too much...
