Does neutrogena body clear body wash work?

Question

will this get rid of my arm and bacne in a week or less?

i have mild acne on back,

but its not really acne?

and mild-severe on arm,

but there more little bumps,

but are red and swollen because i pick at them :l

i barely got it a few days ago and little bumps are actually going away.so its great so far.the bigger ones are like in the process(;
im not sure about the st ives either.i have the apricot one too for my face. i stopped using it though because it was irritating a lot and wasnt working very well.i didnt use it daily either, because it exfoliates and constant use can cause your skin to become really dry.so im not sure about that.maybe its just me.but if i were you,i would at least give the neutrogena a try(:
