Does nfl pet jersey fit your english bulldog?

I have a english bulldog and was wondering what size would i have to get. his neck is 21 inches thick and his length is about 20 inches. does anybody know what size i should get? thanks.

they make NFL jerseys specially for dogs, i had a Chargers jersey for my Pit Bull. ill try to find a site...what team are you looking for.
