I am 15 years old and want to get a six maybe even an 8 pack (who doesn't). I am not overweight but have way to much fat for a six pack to show though. My idea would be to just not eat, or eat very little for a few days at a time and lose fat that way. I find it very hard and slow to lose fat through the way I eat and was wondering if people would think this would work. I know i will lose fat and muscle together so I would have less muscle but i find it easier to build muscle than to lose fat. What do you think?
