Does not having any regrets and no remorse have any relation to having sociopath personality disorder?

Are they linked in some way?

if you take time to investigate all of the personality disorders.. what you find is that most of them have a lot in common.. and often are disputed between researchers, drs, so forth.  Lack of remorse is similar to lack of empathy; selfishness, grandiosity (exaggerated sense power/authority). I've seen what seems to be overlaps in bipolar.. borderline personality.. sociopathic, narcissism, and others.

Common thread is inability or failure to see needs of other persons, and only focus on needs of self.  

Remember.. you are talking about extremes. All of us are "selfish" to some level, which can be healthy.  It is when a person is totally oblivious to someone else that it becomes abnormal.

Just my opinion.. having dealt with more than one person like this in my life.
