I went to China for 4 weeks, and there was absolutely no place to run, as well as a bunch of mosquitos which bit me on my feet, so I couldn't run there. Everyday though, I walked pretty much the whole day sightseeing (climbing some of the Great Wall of China and some of a mountain included =] ) and I want to know how much of a difference that will make in my 20 minute 5k time

  1. 20 minutes for 5k (3.1mi) is very good. It will probably not make much of a difference if you get right back into it! good luck

  2. Yes, you lose about 5% per week off
