Does nypd traffic enforcement have hours where they dont f****n work and ticket and impound your car??

The other night I got home at like 11:40pm.. and I actually scene nypd traffic enforce officers cruising checking for cars. You meant to tell me these guys are 24/7? And for you smart asses im not talkin cops, dt's, or regular nypd. Im talkin the traffic officers that tickets cars and etc. Im asking cuz well..long story short lets just say I shouldnt be parked on the street. But am I not safe to have my car parked on the street overnight after 7pm til early morning when I can move and hide it??? Help!!

  1. You have to obey the law just like every one else, it is people like you that they work 24/7 to catch.


  2. Yes, street officers work all three shifts, and there is never a time when they are not on patrol.

    I'd suggest following the law, then it won't matter.

  3. To the best of my knowledge, there are Traffic Enforcement Agents on duty 24/7.
