  1. You mean the way McCain was able to influence the smear peddlers on the Right?

  2. It is the public who influences him, which is how it should be.

We don't want more of McSame.

  3. This question acknowledges a gross lack of knowledge or research on Reverend Jeremiah Wright Jr. Disparities about which Reverend Wright delivers passionate sermons continue to handicap economic and social progress in the United States. Protest is one of the peaceful methods of exposing structural flaws of class ism and racism. History has a trend of peaceful quiet protest being ignored.

Vocal or loud protest from Reverend Martin Luther King Jr., Minister Malcolm X, Reverend Al Sharpton, and Reverend Jeremiah Wright Jr. are quickly discredited for being racially divisive. 110 Years of Jim Crow is grossly more degrading and separatist than the oratory of any of the above.

Jim Crow media exposes African American teen pregnancy as the bane of African American opportunity and progress.

Teen pregnancy when it is the daughter of Governor Sarah Palin is rationalized like many of the racist dichotomies of Jim Crow. Glaring dualism is the customary practice of the "Status Quo".

Mainstream and African Americans must be authorized by masters of bigotry and separation to identify the different standards of accommodation. The charade is that the disparities are supposed to be invisible.

The patronizing tone of Republican Party public relations is reminiscent of "Separate But Equal". "Single white females do not have unprotected s*x and when they do it is with the person they intend to marry" is the message for public consumption. They certainly do not have children "out of wedlock".

Only "African American females have indiscriminate unprotected s*x without any interest in marraige" is the white patrician assumption.

Governor Palin and the Republican Party attacked this pregnant teenager by exposing her to the scutiny they have cast upon others.

FYI: To date there have been no teenage preganancies in the White House.

Keep resurrecting Reverend Jeremiah Wright Jr.. Time will honor his efforts.  What will time reveal about you?

  4. His lack of influence on his supporters is a first hand example of what kind of leadership he will give us. He'll say one thing and then act like it's not his fault no one followed through. He has a perfect chance here to be a leader and stop the gender/ family bashing but instead issues a wimpy statement. These folks doing the bashing were huge contributors to his campaign and he has no influence. A little bit of public admonishment might go a long way toward his image.

  5. Yeah I guess.  What is your point?

Do you lecture your pastor after a service?  Do you know anyone that does.... even if they disagree with the sermon?

That's what I thought.  Since they are separate human beings, Obama and Wright.... I would imagine that Obama has a hard time controlling Wright's thoughts.

That's how Obama's supporters are too.... we don't have a mind-control news station on cable to refer to when we want to know what to think about something.

So that is one advantage conservatives have over liberals... liberals do their own homework and arrive at their own decisions based upon their liberal college educations and some... ya know... reading.

Conservatives just turn on Rush or Fox News and BAM!!!  all the information and talking points they need to toe the party line and not think for themselves.  I'm so jealous of you guys.... not wasting all that time thinking about things must free up so much time for religious indoctrination.... so you truly don't have to come up with your own philosophy about ANYTHING.

Now fall in line and do what Glenn Beck says.

  6. So Hillary's endorsement of Obama was a fib?

  7. Lol.  Obama is going to be the next POTUS!

  8. Obama is a joke. And in the end John McCain and Sarah Palin will get the last laugh. Good will always prevail over pure unadulterated evil.

  9. Yeah what you said

  10. the news media they coverage this 10 000 times

what is your point? keep repeat what others just say 10 000 times?

  11. You are absolutely correct. Whats funny though the left isn't saying anything about it.

  12. You know it. He doesn't have much influence over P. Diddy either who said "Alaska has no Blacks, no Crackhead and uh uh or Crime.

  13. Despite your intentions to establish a fascist super state, this is still a free country

  14. It's not the place of a parishiner to question the preacher's views.

  15. If Obama had made such a poor choice in a V.P., do you really think the right would be easy on him.  I don't think so.  McCain and his supporters  has been slinging mud for months. Give me a break.  Most of the personal attacks about Palin are coming from WOMEN if you haven't noticed.  As a woman and a mother I would never subject my children to this kind of media circus.  It's not that I don't think she could be V.P, but it makes me question her  judgment as a parent.

  16. Obama is passive aggressive and allows others to do his dirty work for him...

  17. Does McCain have any influence over his own VP nomination? From what is coming out he could not even stand up to the extreme right wing pasters and nominate who he wanted. He chose Palin because the extreme right wanted her, he wanted Lieberman but they would not let him.

What a wimp! He's supposed to fight al Qaeda, but won't stand up to the religious fanatics in his own party.

  18. huh?

  19. What a joke.

  20. http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2008/03/21...

Rev. Wright was Quoting Ambassador PECK when he gave the controversial sermon in question...

Cons either do not know this or do not care.

The words weren't even his OWN !

I'm not saying Rev. Wright is not a fundi freak....you would be hard pressed to find a preacher who isn't.....but he didn't say the things in the context the right is claiming he said them.

Don't believe me ?...watch the video...

  21. I. It was not his job to "stop" Rev. Wright. Freedom of speech, ever heard of it?

II. Ludacris does not hate women. You're reaching with that.

III. What did he do to Hillary? You mean when he defended her and praised her throughout the primaries??

IV. Obama is the one who defended Palin, saying that family is off limits.

...so WTH are you crying about?

  22. All I can say, from whats been said, is that there are many more women bashing networks popping up because there are more females like you popping up.
