I gotta disagree.

If you supply the credit bureau with your current address, then it will obviously make its way to your report.  And from there your creditors can get it by pulling your credit report.

Just getting a free credit report will not help boost your credit report. Which is what I think you are after.

You need to at least get a bank account, membership of a credit union, credit card from them to boost your credit history.

Free credit reports online are not real inquiries that record your address. So no! Free credit reports on the internet will not help a creditor find you.
