Does oil pulling have any merit at all?

I have been reading up on it. But my common sense keeps telling me it is all a lie.

Yes it does, I've done it and you pull out alot of mucus  and it helps you breath better and helps allergies etc.  You can do a search on it at curezone.  It has it's own forum look for oil pulling.

excuse my ignorance but, what is oil pulling? even the name sounds like a crock.

edit-i just looked it up. OMG!! what a bunch of c**p! don't waste you time or money.
