Its down by individual managers...call ahead; the worst they'll say is no.

Where I live they don't. But they do have call ahead seating. The way that works is, if you call the same day, they put your name on the list. Then if they're on a wait when you get there, you'll be at the top. You'll  be ahead of all the people who called or walked in after you called. You might still have to wait a little while though.

yes, when you call you can make reservations. But they usually dont do reservations except for that day.

yes they always do. they are always so busy, so it is a very good idea. call in or stop by and they were reserve a spot for you.
