Does olive oil get rid of damage hair if so help me!?

I really want my hair 2 look extremly healthy when i go bak 2 skool. The only olive oil i have is extra virgin olive oil is tht good enough?lol

can you also take me threw the process

I use olive oil on my hair and it makes my hair fuller and more curly, but it also serves as a prep. before you straighten your hair.

extra virgin olive oil is the best you can get

well all i can say is put it on

and wrap a towel around your head

or you can put a heated towel around your head to open up the shaft and then the olive oil would sink in better

Olive oil helps mostly with frizzy hair. But you can use Dove conditioners(look in the back for your type of hair) and leave it in your hair for 2-3 minutes while you&#039;re in the shower then wash it out. When you wake up your hair is healthy and smooth.

The only way for olive oil to help your hair (that I know of) is to make it into a hot oil treatment. Hot oil treatments make your hair SUPER shiny and soft. Heres what you do:

1. Put some ( cup maybe) olive oil in a cup and heat up in the microwave.

2. Apply oil to dry unwashed hair

3. Sit in sun for 20 minutes

4. Shampoo and condition normally
