  1. since it's your info, your signature, your photo...why would you want another to do it for you? like, that's  illegal!   i mean even with power of attorney, etc., and all that it implies, and not unless you power-of-attorney is getting a passport, you and you alone must apply. does that do it? get it? got it? good!


  2. If u r over 18 u must do it in person, but if younger ur dad only can do it and even at that time they might ask to see in person

  3. I think if it's only because the passport "receiver" is a child or is mentally disabled and you're their guardian.

  4. i think you have to apply for it yourself...

  5. If you are over age (usually 18) you have to do it yourself. Otherwise I think you are dependent. You should check with your government.
