Does one have to be a Licensed Florists to sell arrangements in Florida?

Question

I know that there are people selling flowers/orchids from back of vans and trucks on the side of the road. However, if I was to sell and deliver arrangements on my own do I have to be a licensed florists or is there a state law on this? I have looked and can't find any info. Thanks
