Does one have to be certified, or anything of the like, to sell body jewellery?

I wanna start buying and selling body jewellery on eBay to make a little money, but I was told that you needed to be authorized, which doesn't really make a whole lot of sense to me. Can anyone help me out? Thanks.

No... you don't need any type of certification to sell body jewellery on eBay. There are no specific regulations for body jewellery sellers.
