  1. I think that if anything was to cause the damage, it would be the chlorine.  Water itself shouldn't really I don't think.


  2. You need to keep them open underwater, so you dont run into anyone, or go too close to the drain.  I'm sure you've heard the drains can be dangerous.

    I'd cut back a little on it,  then you'll feel more comfortable when you get out.  I personally hate that burning feeling.

  3. no it doesnt. cholrine is for killing the bacteria in the pool if the chemicals in the chlorine were harmful then they would not put the solution into the pool

  4. it shouldn't cause eye damage, the chlorine and water may sting as it's a different ph than your natural tears. You may be more open to getting bacteria in your eye at best depending on the quality of the pool.
