I'm not sure about orange juice, but I have heard from several sources that grapefruit juice enhances the effects of an opiate if drank right before ingesting the medication.

No that's retarded. I really don't think it enhances any drug but it def. doesn't enhance oxy.

The acidity would probably effect the absorption rate, but probably nothing significant.
