What else should we film? all we have is interviews.

The subject sounds like it could be interesting. But documentaries are only as good as their interviews and the editing.

Pull out the good stories and show why the soup kitchen will be missed.

These are tough economic times. Talk about the poverty rate is your town and the unemployment rate and link it up to the interviews.

Talk about all the good it's done in that area, how many people it's serviced since it opened, what the effects of its doors closing might have on the community.
