Does our system need war?

yes it does only if we are not in it.  we can make up our debt if we supply fighting countries.  world war 2 got us out of the depression, because we manufactured all the goods to sell.

America needed the Revolution, the Civil War and World War II..  The others were trumped up American bravado that cost countless lives and treasure.

When have we not had war.There are lulls in the action, but it is the nature of countries to fight for resources, and the need is even greater today with countries like china coming into the modern age, no reflection on any countries progress, and the need will increase with population growth.We are a warlike species.
