Does overdrieness cause acne?

ibeen using oxy deep pore cleanser and i have noticed that everytime i wash my face i see wrinkles i think this shows that my skin becomes overdried but i ignored this because i put moisturizer on my face

not big but a cyst and little pimples with no redness everytime i wake up my acne tends to get worse butppl say acne gets better during night Dnt no wats goin on help

Well everyones skin is different so oxy deep pore cleanser may not be the best product for you.  Try a new cleanser and moisturizer and see if that makes a difference.  I highly recommend Jojoba oil for a moisturizer - just 4-5 drops is plenty for your face and neck.  You can find Jojoba oil at a health food store.
