  1. let me answer that this way.  Imagine you didn't have s*x for a month,  do you think you would mistake the feelings for pain when you finally had s*x again?

    Well, pain is defined as "a distressing sensation in a particular part of the body" - www.dictionary.com

    So I think yes, it does hurt.

  3. It hurts as something has been damaged. This creates a unique and abrupt feeling to alert our attention as quick as possible.

    I feel pain quite a lot as I do a lot of work and my muscles ache. I think I feel more pain than I do, say, use my sense of smell, as I have a cold. But a strong smell doesn't hurt me, even though I not as accustomed to it as I am to pain.

  4. Pain actually does 'hurt'. You feel pain when a nerve cell in your body becomes injured, and it sends a message to the brain telling it to have that area feel pain. It is very complex, and to this day scientists don't completely understand it.
