Does panadol help in muscle recovery?

No it doesnt, I use to think when I got a headache that panadol would "fix" the problem but it doesnt it just blockes the nerves from sensing the pain and sending the message to your brain that it hurts. there are certain meds that can "fix" the pain or atleast help but they would depend on what you are needing it for
