It might make your hair grow stronger, But not faster..and I wouldn't use pantene..It has wax in it, that just coats your hair and gives you build up.

Just keep your hair healthy.

I used to use Pantene for several years before I switched over to Dove, and I can tell you that taking good care of your hair will help it grow, not the products. How quickly your hair grows depends, not on the products you use, but on how well you take care of your hair. Try to retain length, which means minimizing breakage, so you can take full advantage of that growth. Growing hair is not important if it's breaking off.

If your hair is meant to only grow 4 inches a year (the average is 6 inches) then there is nothing you can use to make it grow more than that because it is based on genetics. But, by taking good care of your hair then you can make sure that your hair is growing at it's optimal amount (4 inches) and not anything less.
