No, those drugs and doses are not lethal, so the person will simply end up in a hospital for a week, racking up a huge hospital bill that the person (or family) will eventually have to pay for.

In general, medications can only be sold without a prescription when they are very safe.  This means, it's very hard to commit suicide with drugs you can buy off the shelf.

Please talk to a counselor or suicide hot line before you do something foolish.  (If it's not you, please pass on to the person who's contemplating this.)
