Does paracetamol make your blood thicker?

Question

I have been taking a half tablet for arthritis and someone has told me this and I honestly do not believe them but would be grateful for any guidance.

PS I can't have more then a half in four hours cos of my body rejecting it if i take 500mgs at one time.This is my doctors orders

 Painkillers make your blood thinner so when you have a headache or anything you take one, the vien goes thinner, which is why your head hurts so the pain killer thins ur blood to relax the pain.
