Does pay-pal ask you for all of your credit card information down to the pin number on the back??

I put in all of my information..then they said, please enter your atm code....I would not do this...I hope I wasn't duped by this site, if so, now I will have to change credit card numbers again...does anyone know about pay-pal, I've e-mailed them, but have not heard back....

atm code or cvc number? i was never asked for my atm number. but yes it does this to verify that the card is in your hand, and is yours for the most part. paypal is VERY secure ive been using them for years. not one issue. happy bidding.

for them to ask for the 3 numbers on the back of the card is normal they do ask for that, I have been with paypal for about 5 years and have never had a problem with them so if you were in fact on paypal and not  a "phishing" version of paypal then you will be ok and no you didn't duped! hope this helps.

Yep, they sure do. I have been using paypal for 6 years or more and have NEVER had a problem. I have found it to be totally safe.
