Does paypal offer insurance?

im buying tickets through paypal for $215. he is going to email me the tickets...if the tickets are fake will paypal cover me?????

No.  They can try to get the money back from the seller, if the seller hasn't emptied out the account.   That's about it.

if he is verified, and the tiks are worhtless, you can file a claim/dispute and if you prove your case will get your money back.

Check the seller's ebay feedback and comments.

I don't think so for paypal is for private interactions. But they could help you mabye withdraw your money.

if you did not buy them through an ebay auction

you have no insurance

your better of paying by credit card if it's non ebay ( even if it is ebay related, a paypal account backed by a credit card is best )
