Does paypal restore access to limited accounts after 180 days if not resolved by user thru resolution center?

Anyone have any experience regarding it?

As PP acc review dept. via customer care contact links wrote to me to appeal to restore pp acc access after 180days if i don want to resolve steps imposed by them thru pp resolution centre.

So i'm curious and asking here..

Mostly depends on the restriction and what steps you refuse to resolve.  If you're being "parted ways" with for something major, then you can bet that you will never be able to use PayPal again.  Let me know what you're restricted for and perhaps I can answer you better.

Things I need to know:

1) Are you over 18 years old?

2) Are you selling on eBay or a website?

3) If so, what are you selling?

4) What steps are remaining for you to resolve?
