i don't think so but it's really easy to do yourself, although it's easiest when you have someone help you.

wrap your bird in a hand towl leaving one wing free while protecting your hands cuz he's not going to enjoy it much, but don't worry, you're not hurting him. take the wing and spread it. cut the first 2" off the end with BLUNT TIPPED scissors while making sure your well away from fleshy tissue. it's easiest to cut from the back of the wing toward the front. carefully re-wrap him so that his other wing is free and to it again. hope this helps.

No. Most likely wherever u got them will do birds u bought their 4 free.

i dont think so i have a cockatiel and to clip his wings at this place downtown its $5 dont hesitate to clip their wings. my sister accidently let my bird out a couple days before my bday and crushed my dad.

Clip them? I doubt it but I think its only $5 or something like that.

petsmart will not clip wings- i have two conures that i take to a local aviary- don't trust the vet they'll butcher the wings-if you go to an aviary you'll get quality
