I recieved a message that i won one million coz my sim was selected as the winning number how true is it ? coz there planning to text me tommorrow for the check to be picked up ?

This is a SCAM! Maybe you are saying PCSO, for you to win, you must buy a ticket, and you must win through a raffle. they dont give money thru sim! Dont be fooled, catch them by reporting them to nearest police. Dont give any info to the crooks!

is the sender of the message a regular celphone #? if it is then its a scam scam scam. official winners of any electronic raffle (which you have to register to) are notified via mail or call-out.
