Nope, it's safe.

I've downloaded it before and my computer was fine.

Tons of people use it, it's legitimate.

i downloaded it a couple of months ago and my computers fine, so i think it'll be ok

not if you d/l from a reputable source like Tucows or Download.com.  To be on the safest side, make sure that you test it with your computer's anti-virus program before you unzip the file.
