Does plan b affect your birth control?

if you have been using it for a long time kinda like 9 or more months?

especially the nuvaring (mine)?

im thinking about having s*x w/o a condom and want to take plan b right after as a way to not get pregnant. im really paranoid and dont want to get knocked up and end up having to get an abortion. i dont trust that 99.9% chance of protection

Plan B is the earliest form of chemical abortion, it is not birthcontrol. I would say with being on birthcontol for 9 months you're pretty darn protected.
