Does police brutality still exist in your city or town?

Just wanted to know, because in my city it still does.

Recent events:

A cop killed a man with his taser because he held it too long. The cop used the taser twice on the victim, once during a 37-second interval, and again for a 5-second interval. Cops are supposed to use tasers for only 5 seconds at a time. 37 seconds is WAY TO LONG for anyone to be tasered. The victim was causing a minor unarmed rampage at a local grocery store which resulted from an argument with the store manager.

Two other incidents resulted in cops shooting and killing two citizens. One incident involved the cops approaching a guy drinking alcohol in his car in front of an ABC liquor store. The guy did not respond in a proper manner, yet one cop pulled out a gun and shot him point-blank range, while the other cop simply pulled out their taser.

The other incident involved another guy not cooperating while sitting in his car at a gas station, so the cop shot them....

  1. not im my town but in boston a few towns over

in boston a cop shot and killed a r****d not a dumb guy but a r****d for eating a pear

the cop said it was a granade

  2. I wonder where this is happening? The lesson here is don't resist. There are so many people that think they know how to do the job from the safety of their living room. Try it sometime and see what it looks like when confronting the animals out there. It is very easy to criticize. Walk a mile in the shoes.

  3. Yes...

  4. Sh*t happens. Cops believe it's easier to explain away your actions, after the fact.  So do I. And I'm no cop.

  5. Yes. But it goes both ways in the city i live in. Criminals no longer fear killing a police officer. It is a very dangerous career, and they have the highest divorce rate for this type occupation. Their are your bad apples, but I honestly believe that most police officers do there job well. Its a thanksless job but they go out there everyday and put their lives on the line.

  6. it is a rampant problem.cops over step their bounds every day!

  7. I certainly hope so; it's getting dangerous out there and cops need to protect themselves and go home in one piece.

  8. You don't have have police brutality you have quality police protection.  Every incident you mention is perfectly acceptable and explainable. What's wrong, you can't stay out of trouble.
