as long as I can remember I have always been irregular, always had cramps, it always lasted 7 days, and always had a little bloating before and during a period. I am 25 now and for the past 2 moths now I have been on time every month, extreme bloating, sharp pains, food cravings, not only that but my period has only lasted 4 to 5 days now. and every time before I have gotten my period my brests would swell. this has been going on for two months now. Is it possible that the symptoms change with age?

  1. Very possible. Age and diet does affect your period, pre and post. I used to sail through the whole thing but recently I get headaches a couple of days before I get my period. No cramping when I was younger too, and now I get light cramps. If you're on the pill or any other hormonal medication, that might explain it too.
