Does premarin (synthetic estrogen) enlarge your breast?

I am on premarin get to aid in healing for cervical surgery. It seems as if my breast are growing larger.

It's possible. I assume you have not menstruated in awhile? Estrogen stimulates growth in the b*****s, so if your b*****s have not had much estrogen in awhile, the sudden presence of it can cause increased breast cellular activity. Also, Premarin contains some estrogens that are not found in humans, but rather in horses (that's where Premarin comes from--PREgnant MAres uRINe). That estrogen may have a stronger effect in the human body than the kind of estrogen humans make, therefore stimulating your breast cells in a way they normally wouldn't be. If it bothers you, you can ask your doctor for another kind of estrogen.
