Does projective TV mean a wall screen and a projector to throw light on it or it is something different TV ?

Not always; It also means those big tv's which are now called Plasma Projection Screen TV's (or Rear Projection) which have a projector inside of it, and the screen looks normal, but is actually a projection screen which you are viewing
