  1. ive never herd a question like that before, but i dont think it applies to push bikes

  2. Yes. (I'm assuming by push bike you mean bicycle) I got a ticket in a state park on my bicycle in a 15 mph zone - I was riding about 25 one morning and the ranger pulled me over. I also got a ticket once for running a red light on a bicycle - lesson learned; all laws apply to cyclists as well.

  3. yes

  4. Here in the U.S. the answer is yes.  You can even get a D.U.I. (drunk driving) on a bike.

  5. what are you gonna do, exceed the limit?  You can't...that limit is for any moving object on the road.  Technically, if randy johnson rolled a baseball down a highway, and it got clocked at 90 miles an hour, he could get a ticket.

  6. All the laws and rules apply, speeding, stopping, etc., break them and you can get ticket. Just hope the officer is a fellow cyclist and you might get a break the first time.
