    Will increase stamina and promote development.

    After these exercises the vertebrae stack compresses more than without such exercises, as we all have a compressed vertebrae stack from the force of gravity exerted on us all day as we're standing, walking upright etc. Then the stack relaxes and expands as we sleep on a lateral plane.

    This happes to everybody, we are all slightly taller after sleeping than before we go to bed, of course if one is to sleep in a standing position gravity is still compressing the stack so vertical sleep is an exception to rule.

    Doing push-ups only adds a little to normal stack compression through gravity and in fact will help you grow a little taller at your age, not stunt your growth at all, the opposite is true which is why such excercises are encouraged in the young.

    Don't overdo it, you're still maturing at 14/15 YO.
