  1. Yes if the cap does not slide off. Then rinse in the shower afterward.

  2. I have a spray-on conditioner that I put on in the morning, usually after my morning shower after my first practice of the day. Then all I do is leave it in then go to my second practice, where I wear a cap. My hair is long and probably the best it has ever looked.

  3. I am an avid swimmer and  I always put conditioner in my swim cap it helps a lot. It leaves your hair less tangled.

  4. Don't know how helpful a swim cap is but according to a magazine I read earlier this month: Condition before you swim, and shampoo and condition as usual after you swim.  Works for anyone who doesn't want their hair to turn green.

  5. i never do that but i've heard that it does protect your hair while swimming. i dont think that colored hair and chlorine go together anyways...even if you put a cap on your hair still gets wet.

  6. no it just gets your cap all icky and slimy and gross and doesn't help your hair. a cap is all u need, no additional conditioner!
