Nails are dead skin, nothing makes them grow faster.

Never heard of that.  Besides, what good would it do to put it over the nail polish?  The nail polish forms a seal, the garlic wouldn't reach your nails at all.

it just keeps you from biting your nails,,unless u like the taste of raw garlic in your mouth...
