Does putting up backgrounds on the desktop such as the ones shown below ever cause any problems?

this is on a windows vista hp computer, and sources show that they can often times be "buggy." so my question is would backgrounds such as those or any found on google images cause any trouble whatsoever?

no, but all backgrounds can make explorer.exe use more memory, but if your computer is running vista means that it has lots of ram so don't worry!
