  1. There are no guarantees. There are possibilities and opportunities. An MBA can open many doors. There is a good reason why it is the most popular graduate degree. But it has to come from the right school, and what you get out of it depends on you and what you put into it.   3. I work as a Recruiter, the truth is it depends on what field your in. An MBA can open many doors, definitely higher jobs which means higher pay.  But you also have to look at your work experience, say if you go to college get your degree, and go right away to get your MBA don't expect to get out and start at the top, you'll still need work experience.  Also, I've seen people get MBA's in certain fields w/limited job potential and they wind up not even working in there field.  In short, yes you can make more money, but make sure you understand your career path and potential before you pursue this.  Good Luck!
