I am a female in my late 30's and have been using the Maca Men capsules.I take 1,800 mg a day even though the bottle says 3 capsules=2,700mg! Men or woman can use this,as explained to me by the GNC manager. It's been about 4 days and I must admit that it does increase both energy and libido.
