  1. The easy answer is YES.  I have lost just under 100 lbs in the last year.  I got in shape with Power 90 thank goodness.  Then I completed P90X classic about a month ago.  I gained incredible results.  I am more fit than ever.  When I started I could only do 7 pullups and after I did 21.  I believe I did 32 pushups in the begining and in the end I did more than 70.

It is like anything else in life, you get out of it what you put into it.  If you "Bring It" everyday, you will see results.  Make sure to follow both the exercise and nutrition guide.  If you decide to do it, start off with the test in the fitness guide.

I wish you the best.  Let me know you have any other questions

  2. I did the Power 90, you'd need to do it first. Results are slow and doing the same routine over and over for 90 days takes alot of will power. I lost mainly inches instead of pounds.

  3. well i used to work for beachbody the company that sells the P90x and i spoke with many customers that got great results with the muscle confusion theory and it worked for them. And even people i worked with were getting good results also, they formed a workout group after work.

  4. YES!  I'm on my second round of P90X, currently in week 9.  Yes this program works, especially if you give it your all and follow the nutrition guide.  Trust me, this guide is essential and you won't be hungry.  You eat a ton of food in it, just good food that's balanced for your workouts.  The fat shredder phase you really cut down on your body fat.  My husband and I continued that phase of the diet through the end of the 2nd phase of the workouts because we had more body fat to cut.  The muscle confusion is no joke.  Your body will be aching the first week but it's such a rush once you get past that hurdle.  You begin to feel better and stronger.  We didn't see too dramatic of results until the end of the 2nd phase.  It was during the 2nd phase that we lost the most body fat and began to see a lot more muscle definition.

List to Tony about weights and reps.  You have to find the right weight and rep count to get the results you want.  I absolutely, 2000% recommend this program to anyone and everyone.  It's amazing.  It does take dedication and hard work, but it definitely pays off.

In response to Lisa R - Depending on where you are currently in your fitness level, you may or may not need to do another program first.  Get online and find the P90X Fit Test and take that.  If you can do that, you can do P90X.  And, she probably lost inches and not pounds because she gained muscle (which weighs more than fat) and lost fat - which is what this program is designed to do.  You may even gain weight, but your body composition is what is key.  Not some number on a scale.
