Does "Slower Traffic keep right" no longer exist?

Everyday that i get on the freeway, there are at least 10-15 cars driving slower than traffic in the far left lane. It is unbelievable! Do people no longer know that slower traffic should keep to the right? or does it not exist anymore, because i dont see signs anymore.

Please please please people - slower traffic to the right!

And, no driving the speed limit doesnt give you the right to stay in the far left lane - look it up, you should move over to the right lane.

And what's up with all the duellys (spelling?), you know the pickup trucks with 4 wheels in the rear, and people towing things driving in the far left lane going super slow?

Depends on the freeway. Get out on rural I-80 between Nevada and Nebraska, and lane discipline is followed religiously by everyone.

The closer you get to city core, the more the rule goes out the window.  It's barely relevant on busy 3-4+ lane freeways anyway.  Sorry you want to go fast, but people aren't obliged to get out of your way.

I live in Australia, Queensland, people like that get booked for driving slow and holding up traffic in the fast lane, maybe your laws need to be changed.

I have found all the Mexicans here in the States love to drive slow in the left lane for some reason.  Why is that?  

Is that a stereotype if its true?

ITS SOOO FRUSTRATING!! i almost want to have a sign in my vechile to hold up as i pass them that says

SLOWER TRAFFIC STAY TO THE RIGHT!! NOT LEFT YOU IDIOT!!

It is a rule of the road, but people don't follow them.  The signs are there on hills, but people don't read them.  Heck, I don't think anyone pays attention to road signs, and they SHOULD !  

If everyone would be attentive and considerate when behind the wheel of their car, we'd all get to where we want to go... a little sooner, a little safer, and in a better mood !

The speed limit states how fast you can go. It's not like there's slower and faster traffic. Everyone on the road in any lane should go the speed limit. What's the fast lane 10mph faster 20,50mph faster? If you want to go fast then don't complain it's what you should expect, people commuting slowly in every lane.

The signs still exist in SoCal. The adherence to the signs is minimal and the enforcement of those laws is nearly non existent.
