Does "doing business as" fall under your personal BK chapter 7,

i want file for a chapter 7, i have a small business, its doing business as. "DBA" do i file all its expensense and can i still do business under this old name, or can i relocate it???

If the business is a sole proprietorship, it would fall under the Chapter 7 filing, and those assets can be attached to the bankruptcy.

I would not be doing any more business right now unless your total assets are under $22.5K (bankruptcy exemption). Again, because those assets can be attached to the bankruptcy.
