Does "open season" include humans too?

You can shoot any animal within the legal limits and as long as it's protected by any conservation laws. In many cases open season refers to a specific animals (example there is an open season for squirrels, meaning you can hunt as many squirrels as you want within that time period). Since it's illegal to kill humans at any time, no you cannot shoot humans during open season.
