  1. Racial profiling is always an effective tool in law enforcement and in preventing terrorist attacks.

If certain racial groups are opposed to it, they should consider the fact that this might save their life or the lives of their friends and family.

Instead of blaming security or law enforcement, they should blame those people of their race that have made it necessary. If these thugs were not committing these violent crimes so often, no one would even consider profiling.

Instead of always whining about what the police are doing, one should whine occasionally about what their friends and neighbors have been doing to cause the police to react in this way.

  2. Depends what problem you're talking about.

Political correctness?  Sure, it causes a problem there.

Effective prevention?  No, it's not a problem there.  It's a must.

  3. I'm not sure that it causes a problem. But it doesn't help any. This type of reason for search only stirs the us against them mentality.

Criminals come in all shapes, sizes, colors, and ages. Singling out a particular group due to race will only allow all the other groups to go about their business as usual.

I would like to know just who it is that makes the decision as to which particular race gets all of the attention.
